Your business is eligible for the Customized Training Program if:
- It is a Washington State B&O taxpayer
- It is expanding or locating jobs in Washington
- It will have job growth equal to at least 75% of the number of trainees
- It is able to contract with a community or technical college for short-term, customized
skill training
Training is customized to meet employers’ specific needs and is delivered to new
or current employees at the work site or in a classroom.
